President Obama says Quran burning is a “destructive act.”
Barry Soetero agrees with him.
Hillary Clinton says "…outrageous!" and "...aberrational!"
Ex-President Clinton says, “Hillary, you took the words right out of my mouth…”
Hillary says, “I was referring to you and Monica…”
Our top leaders. They know about destructive, outrageous, aberrant behavior. They all agree that burning the Quran is a destructive, outrageous, aberrational act.
To them I say:
"What?... like continuing to wage destructive, outrageous, aberrational wars to steal oil by toppling governments in Iraq and Afghanistan (and plans for Pakistan and Iran?) for 9 years running is not??"
Not to mention ignoring, for the most part, treasonous planning of attacks against one of our own cities on 9-11 by various yet-to-be-officially-indicted insiders, and refusing to investigate the crimes properly.
Well, I digress...
The problem I have with this Terry Jones Quran story is that the gist of it is not really about people being hurt or killed, as the celebriticians theorize. After all, we have had plenty of that already, and the celebriticians have demonstrated clearly enough that the health of their constituency is not a high priority for them. The health of the Dollar is far more important.
No, this is about real-time drama – real-time swearing and yelling, name calling and using the F-word, just like reality TV, only real reality - involving a religious people the U.S. pretends are not fanatical and abusive to women - and their religion that the U.S. pretends is not threatening to take over Christian America - being insulted and incited to violence, hate and fear-mongering in our own country and overseas.
What a coincidence. Just the kind of drama the media loves. What a lucky break for them.
Yes, we can thank the media for this latest hand grenade. Thanks guys. Chances are, few would be paying any attention to Pastor Jones if you hadn’t spread the rumors around. Terry Jones?...the Monty Python guy?...That Terry Jones?...He's going to do what?...Is he going to wear a dress?...
Thanks a lot.
But of course you knew that going in, didn’t you…You knew that Jones wanted his platform, his 15 minutes of fame, and you gladly gave it to him for the sake of a news story, no matter what the cost.
Was this a freak of nature that this door opened for Jones? Or was it a calculated move on his part, to announce a Quran burning to his congregation, hoping the story would pick up national attention this swiftly in time for the anniversary of 9-11? Or can we thank others for giving the story to the media, or even planning the whole story? CIA? Or Affiliates? Others? Does it go that deep?
Or is the media acting alone on this one? Considering the media is owned by the richest moguls in the world, it is hard to believe. As I look upon the ever-changing faces of TV news clones, it becomes more glaringly apparent everyday that the men are all brains and no balls and the women are all hair and no brains. And virtually no integrity with either. Nevertheless, so far the whole escalation of events seems to be a fluke. Chance publicity.
Even so, this whole story smells bad, like a grimy refrigerator wall that hasn’t been cleaned in a while. It stinks of propaganda. When stories like this appear, my inner radar gets switched on and I look around and I ask myself, “Why does this story feel like a mass distraction? What else is going on in the news that I’m not supposed to notice?”
What I want to know is where is all this same inflamed anger and demand for truth and justice over the events of 9-11-2001? Instead of covering the Arabs with a blanket that says YOU GUYS DID THIS and leaving things to the government to take care of, why are people not seeing the obvious anomalies and confusing suspicious events of that day? (If you’re not sure what anomalies means, I retract the question for you temporarily. Go look it up.)
Where is all the shock and awe that ought to be in people every week of every year since the deaths of thousands due to 9-11, and to all of the Middle East wars over the years since? Why is everyone more up in arms all of a sudden at the idea of some wild-haired pastor with a bad mustache burning a religious book that, most likely, no one who is not Islamic has read? The Quran has been around longer than Mein Kampf or the Kommunist Manifesto. Why now?
Another case of horrendously-mixed priorities.
Maybe it’s all the drugs in the drinking water, or all the Monsanto food we’re secretly eating that has knocked out of us the will to discern and protest what really matters.
Or maybe it is simply about changing the location of the proposed mosque building at 9-11 “Ground Zero.” After all, this alone has gotten Pastor Jones to consider suspending the Quran burning until that decision is reached, at least at this writing.
“Speaking to NBC's "Today" show, the Rev. Terry Jones said if he meets with the Imam Muhammad Musri, ( the president of the Islamic Society of Central Florida ) in New York, he won't burn the Quran. It wasn't clear if he meant the burning would be halted indefinitely or just for Saturday…”

(“
Ground Zero” - Ironic name for the NYC attack site, coming from the only country in the world to launch two atomic / nuclear WMDs against a "surrendered" country, thereby coining the phrase. It is speculated that a newer evolved form of nuclear apparatus (ie.weapon) was used to pulverize the steel towers of the WTC as they fell. Is there some unconscious compulsive confession at work here in the use of the phrase "
Ground Zero?") See
this article and
this one, for starters, if you want to take the red pill...
It would not surprise me if, after this Jones news blows away, the momentum continues to rise in the Middle East. In essence, the damage has been done. The jihad fires have been further fanned, whether Jones intended it or not. Powers that be will no doubt use this “free publicity” to political advantage. Welcome to the USI, the United States of Infidels.
Thanks a lot, Pastor Terry, and U.S.I. media. Nice going.

UPDATE:
According to
Bloomberg:
Terry Jones, who arrived in New York City on Sept. 10, is still seeking a meeting with Imam
Feisal Abdul Rauf, who plans to build an Islamic center near the World Trade Center site. The pastor said in an interview on NBC’s “Today Show” that no meeting has been scheduled.
“We feel that God is telling us to stop,” Jones said yesterday. “And we also hope that with us making this first gesture, not burning the Koran, to say, ‘No, we’re not going to do it, not today, not ever, we’re not going to go back and do it, it is totally canceled.’
(So let me get this straight. Jones is making the "first" move by
not burning the Quran, after he made the first move of threatening to burn the Quran...?)
Jones, pastor of the Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida, said on “Today” that the goal of his protest had been accomplished and it wasn’t a publicity stunt.
“We feel that whenever we started this out one of our reasons was to show, to expose that there is an element of Islam that is very dangerous and very radical,” Jones said. “I believe that we have definitely accomplished that mission.”
("We?" Who is "we?" "Doesn't he mean "I?")
("Mission?" This was a mission?)
...one of our reasons was to show..."
(One of them? What were the other reasons?)
From
Bloomberg
Anyway, no Quran burning, now or ever, he says. Jones got his fame, got the world's attention, accomplished his "mission." His town hates him, but now he can get on The View or some show, write a book, make his money. It's the American way.
“In politics, if something happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” (FDR, allegedly)
